Delivery and Installations
Delivery and Installation can be undertaken throughout the UK, carried out by out professional engineering staff to agreed requirements and programmes. Our retail stores offer local free delivery and installation, when spending £249 of more. We are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries and as such ensure that our Engineers get ongoing training and information to give a safe, effective and efficient service.


Payments
Payment for sales may be made by cash, cheque or credit card and for rental equipment monthly by direct debit in advance. Finance is available in store, however this is subject to a credit check and terms and conditions (see in store for details).


Rental Contracts
Rental Contracts are for eighteen months minimum period for domestic customers and three years minimum period for commercial and are inclusive of equipment installation and year round maintenance. Should your requirements change during this period review of rented equipment can be carried out.


Recycling
We are a company committed to recycling of all usable materials and the safe disposal of non-recyclable materials in accordance with WEEE policy. On purchase of goods we can recycle a like for like product. For example if you buy a fridge we can not recycle a freezer. Please make sure that items are ready to go when collected. For example a freezer needs to be defrosted with all food removed.


Returns and faulty goods
Should an item of equipment prove to be faulty within the guarantee period, provided no misuse or damage has occurred, we undertake to repair or replace the item without delay or quibble. Where we can we will leave loan whilst your item is being repaired.


Security and Privacy
Our company consider the security and privacy of our customers of paramount importance when carrying out our installations etc. and have considerable safeguards in place to ensure this is protected at all times.

Should you be dissatisfied with our goods or services we have several ways for you to contact us. Our freephone telephone number 0800 373 246 is available at all times and we have an answerphone facility for out of hours reports.
