Delivery and Installations

Delivery and Installation are throughout the UK, carried out by our professional engineering staff to agreed requirements and programmes. Chantry Digital are members of the Confederation of Aerial Industries and as such ensure that our Engineers get ongoing training and information to give a safe, effective and efficient service as well as working to high standards. Chantry has full Insurance for public Liability.

Payments / Contracts

Payment for sales may be made by cash, cheque or credit card or a lease can be arranged, and for rental equipment, monthly by direct debit or invoice quarterly in advance. Rental Contracts are for minimum periods as agreed, and are inclusive of equipment installation and full maintenance, repair and replacement. Should your requirements change during this period a review or update of rented equipment can be carried out. Prices quoted are ex VAT.

Recycling

We are a company committed to recycling of all usable materials and the safe disposal of non-recyclable materials in accordance with WEEE policy.

Returns and faulty goods

Should an item of equipment prove to be faulty within the guarantee period, provided no misuse or damage has occurred, we undertake to repair or replace the item without delay or quibble. Where we can, we will leave a loan whilst your item is being repaired.

Security and Privacy

Our company consider the security and privacy of our customers of paramount importance when carrying out our installations etc. and have considerable safeguards in place to ensure this is protected at all times.

Should you be dissatisfied with our goods or services we have several ways for you to contact us.
