The Company
We are a company with two distinct responsibilities; domestic and commercial. Our domestic department consists of seven retail outlets covering Trowbridge, Westbury, Frome, Midsomer Norton, Shepton Mallet and Gillingham. The company has always offered good down to earth information and an extensive knowledge of products, technology and customers' needs in order to provide the service everyone would wish from their local supplier. We have been in business in the area for 45 years and have built an exceptional relationship with many local families serving in some cases three generations. Although we have grown considerably in this time we still consider every customer, large or small, important.
Our commercial department is run from Trowbridge based near Bath in the West Country and specialises in the supply, install and service of all aspects of Video and audio for the hospitality sector. From the small Boarding house or pub, to the large blue Chip Hotels or Pub Groups throughout the British Isles. It has been operating for 15 years and has professional engineers carrying out both supply and installation and servicing of aerial and satellite distribution systems, sound systems, CCTV, televisions and associated equipment. We recognise that your business depends on our efficiency and approach every job with this in mind.
Our Service
Chantry has built a reputation providing up to date technology and innovations, having formed partnerships with Samsung, Philips, and Sony, to provide new Plasma and LCD. Chantry are members of the confederation of Aerial Industries (CAI) and Sky Business accredited, working to the strict guidelines, with engineers attending course to keep up to date on H & S, and working ethics. We have our in-house Sales, Marketing, Rental and Admin departments which are on hand to help our valued customers.
